Install go-livepeer

Install go-livepeer via Docker (recommended) or pre-built binary - Linux, Windows, and macOS with GPU support.

Docker is the recommended install path. It matches the quickstart environment, handles GPU passthrough via the NVIDIA Container Toolkit, and simplifies upgrades. Use the binary path when Docker is unavailable.
